Over a two-day event, I photographed more than 200 attendees, delivering polished, retouched LinkedIn-style headshots for company and employee benefit.

Although each employee’s session lasts just a few minutes, it is highly impactful. I guide participants through quick poses, adjusting angles and expressions to capture their best look.
The booth itself requires a 15×10 foot area, plus additional space for attendees to queue, ensuring an efficient and organized experience.
One attendee shared that they had never liked a headshot of themselves before, but after a quick session, they were thrilled with the result.

I shot the headshots against a neutral grey backdrop with flattering, dimensional lighting. It’s a standard three-point lighting setup with professional Profoto lights and Elinchrome modifiers. The difference is that I use an overhead scrim to minimize any light pollution from the chandeliers.
The result is a clean, timeless look that works well on LinkedIn, company websites, and internal directories. This versatile style ensures long-term use.
