How the Corporate Office Headshot Session Was Set Up

Each team member was scheduled for a 10-minute session, providing enough time to guide them through natural and confident poses while keeping the process efficient.

To achieve soft, flattering lighting, I used a large Profoto Octabox, a fill light, and an overhead scrim to block fixtures from making unwanted shadows. This provided even illumination while keeping the focus on expressions. 

The neutral lighting emphasized bright eyes and natural smiles, reinforcing the warm and approachable feel essential to the team’s mission.
